Far below Edadh's surface the bedrock gradually tapers away to a point so that if it were to be viewed from space it would resemble an inverted cone. The bedrock itself is riddled with a vast maze of sinkholes, passages and caverns. Al kinds of weird and wonderful animal life inhabit this twilight world lit by the neon radiance of Underearth's flora.
It is rumoured that when the Dzaa conquered Edadh, the Old Gods hid ancient artefacts of power within the labyrinths of Underearth. The Dzaa purposefully seek out these relics, finding and taking them before the rebels can gain possession for themselves.
